Christmas Garden Köln must be cancelled!

The Christmas Garden as a ray of hope in the dark season would have been a valuable distraction for many people, especially this year. With a heavy heart, however, we had to cancel the Christmas Garden in Köln in 2020 due to the current infection situation.

As promised, tickets already purchased for Christmas Garden remain valid for 2021.

Keep Ticket and get Upgrade

If you visit us next year with your ticket from 2020, you will receive an upgrade as a special thank you for your trust and can use your 2020 tickets as FlexTickets next year!
The FlexTicket gives you the opportunity to visit the Christmas Garden Köln once on any opening day and in any desired time window. With a FlexTicket, you are therefore not bound to a date and time window.

Return of Tickets

However, if you do not wish to use your ticket for the upcoming Christmas Garden Köln, it can be returned for a refund of the ticket price.

Please contact the advance booking office where you bought the ticket.

If you have ordered your ticket at myticket.de, please return the original ticket together with the completed return form by mail to myticket in order to receive a refund of the ticket price.
