Children (under the age of 6) have free access to the Christmas Garden. They need a free ticket, which can be added to the shopping cart during the ordering process.

Please note: The duration of visitors’ stay on the site is limited to a maximum of two hours.
Adults
Monday till Thursday: € 17.00
Friday till Sunday: € 19.00
20 till 30 December: € 19.00
For adults and adolescents from 15 years.
Children
Monday till Thursday: € 14.50
Friday till Sunday: € 16.50
20 till 30 December: € 16.50
Children from 6 till 14 years. Admission only in the company of an adult.
Children (under the age of 6) have free access to the Christmas Garden. The children receive, however, a free-of-charge ticket so that the precise number of visitors can be checked. Free tickets can be added to the shopping cart during the ordering process.
Pupils, Students, Seniors
Monday till Thursday (except between 20 till 30 December): € 14.50
Discounts only for pupils, students, senior citizens from 65 years. Discount will be granted upon presentation of an ID.
Family
Monday till Thursday: € 47.00
Friday till Sunday: € 53.00
20 till 30 December: € 53.00
Up to 5 persons:
a) 2 adults and up to 3 children aged 6 till 14 years
b) 1 adult and up to 4 children aged 6 till 14 years
Gift Voucher
Vouchers can be issued with an individual voucher value (from € 1.00) and provided with a personal dedication.
They can be redeemed directly at the Christmas Garden box office, but only if tickets are still available for the desired day and time slot.
We recommend that you redeem your voucher online at myticket.de for admission tickets before visiting the Christmas Garden.
Of course you can use the remaining balance of the vouchers at myticket.de for other events.
Visitors with Disabilities
Persons with a severely disabled pass who have a corresponding mark (B) may take an accompanying person to the Christmas Garden free of charge. In any case, the severely disabled pass must be shown as proof. The accompanying person do not need a ticket and can simply pass the entrance with the visitor (more information).
