Directions by Public Transportation
You can reach Wilhelma via light rail lines U13, U14, and U16 (stop: Wilhelma).
We recommend using public transportation, as there are only a limited number of parking spaces available in the Wilhelma area.
Personal Check-in Time
To ensure the most enjoyable experience possible, visitor admission is limited to one group every 30 minutes. Your ticket indicates an admission time. Please enter through the entrance during the specified half-hour time slot.
Example: If you purchased a ticket for 5:30 p.m., you can arrive for admission between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Of course, you’re welcome to stay in the Christmas Garden for longer than 30 minutes.
