How to find us
Come to the Christmas Garden:
- by cable car: valley station in the Rhine facilities (Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer)
- by public transport: bus stop "Deutsches Eck" (bus line 1), then use the cable car
- by car: paid parking lot WTS (former Fritsch barracks), Niederberger Höhe, approx. 1.1 km walk to the entrance; paid parking lot Greiffenklaustraße, directly at the entrance
- with the fortress elevator: In front of the sour water gate

Personal admission time
In order to give you the best possible experience, admission for visitors is limited to 60 minutes. An admission time is stated on your ticket. Please pass through the entrance during the specified hour.
Example: If you have purchased a ticket for 5:30 pm, you can enter between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Of course you can stay longer than 60 minutes in the Christmas Garden.
