How to find us
Come to the Christmas Garden:
- By cable car: Valley station in the Rhine parks (Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer)
- By public transport: Get off at the "Deutsches Eck/Seilbahn" stop (bus lines 1 and 11), then take the cable car.
- By car: Paid parking at WTS (formerly Fritsch Barracks), Niederberger Höhe, approx. 1.1 km walk to the entrance; paid parking on Greiffenklaustraße, directly at the entrance (limited capacity)
- with the fortress elevator: In front of the Sauerwassertor

Personal admission time
To ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible, admission for visitors is limited to every 30 minutes . Your ticket will indicate your admission time. Please enter during the specified hour.
Example: If you have purchased a ticket for 5:30 p.m., you can arrive between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Of course, you are welcome to stay in the Christmas Garden for longer than 30 minutes.
