Directions
- By cable car: Lower station at the Rheinanlagen (Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer)
- By public transportation: Get off at the “Deutsches Eck/Seilbahn” stop (bus lines 1 and 11), then take the cable car
- by the Fortress Elevator: In front of the Sauerwasser Gate
Personal Check-in Time
To ensure the most enjoyable experience possible, visitor admission is limited to one group every 30 minutes. Your ticket indicates an admission time. Please enter through the entrance during the specified half-hour time slot.
Example: If you purchased a ticket for 5:30 p.m., you can arrive for admission between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Of course, you’re welcome to stay in the Christmas Garden for longer than 30 minutes.
