Pursuant to Section 312g (2) Sentence 1 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of revocation for the purchase of tickets despite the fundamental existence of a distance selling transaction. There are three price categories: Monday to Thursday, Friday to Sunday and the period around Christmas/New Year. In the ticket store on our website you will find the corresponding prices.
Vouchers can be issued with an individual voucher value (from 1.00 €) and provided with a personal dedication.
Vouchers can be redeemed directly at the Christmas Garden box office, but only on condition that tickets are still available for the desired day and time slot.
